Kudos
None of the writers who have shared their work on this website were paid. Unfortunately, writing can sometimes be lonely. Appaloosa Radio offers the opportunity for our listeners to give “kudos” to our writers for a story that they enjoyed or appreciated. To let them know that their work is valued.
Here’s a form for giving kudos to a writer for their story. The form asks for three pieces of information: (1) Your first name; (2) Where you listened to the story; and (3) What you wish to recognize about the story or the writer.
We’ll publish all that we receive.

Season of Light
by Linda Villatore
Message
Kudos to Linda Villatore for her excellent short story about ice skating on a frozen pond. I could literally feel the winter chill. There was a time before video games when winter meant doing things! Also great image.

Surprise Valley Musical
Message
I listened to the audio version of the musical ‘Surprise Valley’ on my last trip up from LA to Stockton on I-5. Happy hippie music!! I played Act 1 twice. BTW – the Big Fish – Little Fish is a real worm. Can’t get it out of my head.
